This site is created for blind and low vision users. It has been designed simple for screen reader access. Most pages will have navy blue backgrounds with white text. This color skeam helps low vision users reed the pages a little easier. All links are in headings. This means you can tab through the links or just press the letter H if you are using Jaws 6 or above, to take you to each new heading. Shift H will take you back up the list. Each page will have a link at the top like this one that will return you back to the main navigation page. Some words will be spelled phoneticly like “skeem” so screen readers can pronounce them better.
